Why use a high vacuum, high capacity pump when a smaller unit would be more efficient. Eliminate waste by using one of the three, BUDGET-PRICED, Neptune Dyna-Pumps. Designed to reliably fulfill the diversified requirements of industrial, and medical research laboratories, and to serve as the operating component for pneumatic devices, and instruments, the Neptune Dyna-Pump features: |
SMOOTH-FLOWING PRESSURE OR SUCTION The high speed smoothes out the pulsations so that it is ideal for operating filtering equipment or gas analyzers. NON-CONTAMINATING Since it is diaphragm actuated, there is no lubricant to contaminate the gases being pumped. DEPENDABILITY As the motor is directly connected to the pump, there are no belts to slip. The diaphragm is positively driven on both compression and suction- not dependant upon springs. CONTINUOUS DUTY DESIGN The ball bearing motor assures long-trouble free service. No further maintenance is necessary. These units have proven themselves in the field, as components of pneumatically-operated mechanisms, running 24 hours per day. RESISTS CORROSION The housing and base are aluminum, painted with durable enamel. The diaphragm - neoprene rubber. VERSATILITY As the diaphragm-operated human respiratory system adjusts itself to meet man's requirements, so too the Neptune Dyna-Pump regulates itself under varying pressures. It cannot be stalled by blocking the outlet while it is running. SPECIAL APPLICATIONS The Neptune Dyna-Pump is available with a stainless steel pump chamber, to accommodate specifications where such applications are required. |
The Neptune Dyna-Pump has established itself as a leader in many fields and applications, including: |
